We use recycled gold and silver sourced from Australia. Gaia's background in the jewellery and gem industry allows us to source the best possible materials.

At Femme Fatale Jewellery, we guarantee the quality and satisfaction of our products! If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to receive a full or partial refund. For any piece of jewellery made with 9ct yellow gold, which has been delicately handmade in our studio, only a partial refund will be calculated based on the material costs if you change your mind.

Yes, we can arrange an exchange for another jewellery piece, depending on the value of the item you purchased.

We offer a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any item that is defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care, at no charge.

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered faulty. All items are quality checked before leaving our workshop. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will usually offer to repair the faulty item.
